Micro Robot Maze Competition

Regulation

Competition by measuring the time it takes for the robot to travel from the starting point to the finish line. The start, course, and finish line are designed as shown in Figure 1. The competition stage is made of plastic (ABS).

The size of the robot is restricted to less than 10 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm, excluding connectors. The robot's size will be measured by the judges before the competition. Specifications for energy supply and control signal cables are permitted.

The time limit is 2 minutes. If the robot falls off the course or comes to a stop, it can be manually moved to the same location and restarted. However, a penalty of 5 seconds will be added to the running time for each occurrence.

The cable must be held by a cable holder to prevent the robot from being manipulated by the cable's movement. Participants are not allowed to touch the cable during the competition. If a cable holder is not used, the total time taken for the competition will be increased by 25 seconds and considered as the running time.
